Member Club Qualifications

1. NCC Membership is open to all Department 56 Collectors' Clubs on an individual basis.
2. Member Club
    
     a. A club may apply for membership by submitting an application on a form approved by the Board accompanied by any fees and/or Council dues to the Membership Committee for approval.
     b. The application form shall contain an agreement to abide by the Council purpose, the Bylaws, and any special rules or amendments adopted by the Council thereafter

3. Member Clubs must be independent collectors' clubs with:
     a. duly elected officers.
     b. bylaws compatible with those of the Council
     c. dues paying members
     d. at least four (4) meetings per year

4. Member Clubs must be self-governing groups without dependency upon individual Department 56 retailers, secondary dealers, independent newsletters, promoters, or any other commercial venture related to Department 56 products.

5. Clubs sponsored by Associate Members in good standing and who meet the requirements under (1) above may be approved as Member Clubs by the Board.
