THE WALT DISNEY WORLD

In the Magic Kingdom, Cinderella’s Castle towers above everything else on Main Street!
The bronze statue “PARTNERS”  stands in the center of a circle, immediately below the castle.
This statue depicts Walter Elias Disney (Walt) joining hands with his masterful creation, “Mortimer Mouse!”
…That’s right, Walt called him Mortimer! However, Lillian, his wife of 41 years, despised that name.
Walt asked, “What do you suggest?”… she answered him with a resounding“MICKEY.” … and the rest is history!

“PARTNERS”

Our ‘Blue Line’ monorail track winds past the Mickey floral logo.
Mickey’s face is planted at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom.
New flowers are replaced  with each change of season.

“Please stand clear of the doors”… “por favor, mantengase  alejado de laspuertas”
A hidden voice warns passengers as they prepare to exit one of our two working  monorails.

The nightly Magic Kingdom extravaganza ends with fireworks over Cinderella’s castle!
Fireworks sound effects, a bubble machine blows bubbles in the air, disco light showers the room with multicolor light
Sound Around’ speakers belt out the original  music of “Main street electrical light parade” !

W’s dream came true, The EPCOT CENTER !

A silver geodesic dome, “SPACESHIP EARTH” (right rear) is recognized by everyone as the “icon” of Epcot Center.
                               Inside, an inspiring ride takes you through 40,000 years from the dawn of time to today.
                               Our second monorail runs between the Transportation Center and Epcot.
11 countries are showcased, but we only have room for Canada, Japan, China, Mexico, France & the US.

Spaceship Earth
