NCC Virtual Mini Gathering
Page


Within the gathering website, you will see three links; one to register for the event; one to purchase raffle tickets; and one to submit a question to MS Lit Town for her seminar. Registration to attend is $10 USD per person.

There is only room for 450 individuals to register for the event. Cutoff for registrations (one per person per registration) is when we reach 450 guests or 6:00 PM EDT, Wednesday July 28th or whichever comes first. 

 

Registration and Payment

PayPal is the only resource being used to process payments. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A REGISTERED PAYPAL USER TO REMIT PAYMENT.  Once the invoice(s) are received, payment via PayPal can be processed as a guest. All registrants will have 72 hours to make PayPal payments or registration will be cancelled. 

 

Two separate invoices will be sent by the NCC Treasurer – one for registration and one for raffle tickets. Confirmation of registration and invoices will have an email sent from from GOOGLE FORMS. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received your registration confirmation within one hour after you register. After you receive your invoice you must pay your invoice to receive your link and passcode to attend the virtual mini gathering.  All paid registrants will receive the link and passcode 24 hours prior to the mini gathering.

 

Prize Vault/Raffle Tickets

The deadline to purchase Raffle Tickets will be Wednesday, July 28th, at 6:00 PM EDT.  All raffled items may be found in the Prize Vault.  The Prize Vault will be added to consistently as the gathering approaches.  After all prizes have been awarded, all previous winners will be put back in to the hopper for the Grand Prize Drawing(s).

Only paid event registrants may purchase raffle tickets.

 

Questions for MS Lit Town Seminar:

All questions for MS Lit Town’s Seminar are to be directly submitted through the gathering website only. Only one question per registrant may be submitted. The deadline for submitting questions is Wednesday, July 28th, 6:00 PM EDT.  MS Lit Town will personally select the most pertinent and diverse questions to answer from all of those submitted.
